Castel Béranger

Castel Béranger is the oldest Art Nouveau apartment building in Paris, designed in the 1890s by architect Hector Guimard. The project was one of Guimard's first in Paris and gave him a blank canvas to showcase his unique design sensibility. The building highlights Guimard's attention to detail and impressive interdisciplinary work including decorative elements in stoneware, plaster work, ironwork, and even typography.
